Her experience spans project coordination, operational efficiency, and team leadership, giving her deep insight into running a construction business. She has worked closely with general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to tackle tight margins, labor shortages, fluctuating material costs, and supply chain disruptions. From optimizing scheduling to improving job site communication, she knows what it takes to keep projects moving and profits growing.

I’m married to my high school sweetheart, and after 28 years, we’re still figuring it out—mostly over wine and lots of sarcasm. I’m also a proud mom of two ridiculously handsome young men (and no, I’m not that old).
I live in Dallas, Texas, which means I'm a Cowboys fan—begrudgingly. When I’m not working, you'll find me laughing with my gorgeous girlfriends or walking my sweet dogs—who, let’s be honest, are both more fun to be around than most family members. 

I may seem bold and direct on the outside, but at my core, I’m all heart. I’m gritty, I get my hands dirty, and I’m never afraid to do the hard work—because that’s what gets results.
